The New Start Financial Mortgage Process

This page explains how your mortgage enquiry will be dealt with.

1. Your details will be passed to an adviser from New Start Financial Services.

2. An adviser will make contact with you to understand your requirements in more detail and will complete a fact find process by telephone to understand your circumstances in detail & understand exactly what you are looking for.

3. The adviser will confirm that our fee is £575 which is refundable if your mortgage does not complete.

4. The Adviser will then make a recommendation of mortgage to you based on point 2 above.

5. If you decide to accept this recommendation the adviser will arrange for you to receive an application form & progress your application for you.

6. You are under no obligation to accept the recommendation and you will pay no fee unless you do decide to proceed.
