The Mortgage Application Process

This page explains how your mortgage enquiry will be dealt with.

1. Your details will be passed to an adviser from New Start Financial Services.

2. An adviser will make contact with you to understand your requirements and circumstances in more detail. They will confirm that our adninstration fee is typically £575 only payable at point 4 and 100% refundable if a mortgage offer is not obtained.

3. The adviser will call back with a recommendation of product and will arrange if you are happy to do so an agreement in principle which will neither cost you anything or commit you in any way.

4. If you are then ready to proceed we will let you know exactly what we will need to see to do so and will progress things for you.

5. You are under no obligation to accept the recommendation.
